Oregon City, OR - Seeking New Owner
Well established solo private practice of 47 years, in which we have earned the trust of our patients, in serving 4 generations of families. We have a high emphasis on Medical Optometry, Treating and Managing Glaucoma, ARMD, Diabetes, Dry Eyes and Emergency patients. The office is well equipped with the instruments needed to practice full scope medical eyecare. Also, since we do lots of Medical Care, which requires regular, frequent follow-up, it also builds patient loyalty. We also do Glasses and Contact Lenses.
We have accomplished patient trust by having a patient care culture of taking the time with each patient to: (1) Listen carefully to each of their needs and concerns, (2) Addressing each of them and evaluating all their medical issues and/or risks, (3) Explaining thoroughly, in easy to understand, layman’s terms, the patients findings and recommendations, and (4) Doing all the recommended treatment and follow-up. As a result, we routinely get the following types of comments: “I have never had an eye exam that was that thorough and explained that clearly to me” and “I really appreciate your thoroughness and attention to detail.”
We also provided Vision Therapy for 40 years, until 8/2020, when my Vision therapist moved away. The V.T. room has especially high ceilings, because part of our V.T. program was providing Dr. Pepper’s Perceptual Stress Therapy, utilizing among other thing, a trampoline. All the V.T. equipment is still available.

- Comprehensive eye exams
- Pre- and post-operative management of surgical patients

Lifetime Vision Source of Lebanon, a Vision Source office since 2001, is looking for a full time associate with ownership potential. Our semi-rural clinic is primary care focused and we see patients of all ages. Being comfortable with managing acute and chronic ocular disease is a must. We are open to fostering other subspecialties as well. We are one of two eye care clinics in Lebanon, and have a great relationship with our colleagues at the ophthalmology clinic across town.
Very competent and friendly staff help at all levels of the patient experience from insurance verification in advance to personal check in and answering phones to patient pretesting to optical.. We are firm believers in using the latest technology in diagnosis and management, and have invested in a Radus XR visual field unit with Humphrey as backup, Topcon Chronos autorefraction with digital phoroptors, Neurolens VR headsets in every exam room, and Optos Monaco with built in macular and optic nerve oct screening. Our office is open Mon-Friday with slightly longer hours on Tuesday and Thursday, allowing us to start the weekend early with a half day on Friday.
Lebanon is a community of ~20,000 located in the Mid-Willamette Valley in Oregon. While we serve as a bedroom community for neighboring Albany and Corvallis, we also have a diverse industrial and commercial base.
