Legal Plus Program
Innova Legal Advisors, P. C. has teamed up with the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association to provide an innovative and cost-effective legal and human resources consultation program for OOPA members. Under this Innova Legal Plus program, OOPA members may consult with lnnova attorneys for up to 15 minutes each month as an added benefit to their OOPA membership. When business or human resource issues require additional legal assistance, OOPA members may engage Innova attorneys at reduced rates.

The Innova Legal Plus program includes phone, email or in office consultations for such things as federal and state employment law and human resource issues, administration of FMLA/OFLA and Oregon Sick Leave laws, wage and hour questions, and unemployment compensation issues.
It also includes general business legal advice such as leasing of space, real estate, buying/selling of professional practices, and licensing questions. Innova attorneys are also experienced in handling all types of administrative agency actions, investigations, and complaints.
